• New Zealand Companies Office fees
• Providing company registers (as required by law)
• Obtaining an NZ Inland Revenue Department (IRD) number
• Registering the company for Goods and Services Tax (GST)
• Registering the company as a Loss Attributing Qualifying Company (LAQC), if required
• Preparing initial meeting minutes of shareholders and directors
