Q.   Do you prepare UK income tax returns which include rental property income?
A.   Yes we do as well as income derived from other investments held in either the UK or abroad.

Q.   Are there any types of UK income tax return that you do not prepare?
A.   We currently do not prepare UK Company or Trust income tax returns.

Q.   Why do you not have an actual office?
A.   We did have an office for many years, however with the advancement in technology, particularly the internet, we found it was not necessary.  Most of our New Zealand accounting clients (and most New Zealand businesses) are small and the majority are home based.  In respect of our UK and expatriate services, these clients generally live throughout New Zealand, the UK or elsewhere overseas.  Accordingly having a virtual office based from employees homes rather than a physical office in a town or city does not effect these clients.  Also, it means we can keep our overheads low, which make sense in any business.
