New Zealand Tax Residence Questionnaire released by IRD

The IRD have released a tax residence questionnaire form to help them determine your tax residency status.

Questions on this form are designed to enable the IRD to determine your tax residence status when you leave New Zealand to live abroad.  Accordingly, it is used to determine if you have an ongoing liability for student loans or income tax.
